We would like to thank you for inquiring about Heartful's Rare Breed Mi-Ki's. We are dedicated "fanciers" of this breed. We breed occasionally to produce what we believe to be quality Mi-Ki's that conform to the breed standard, are intelligent, and able to do what the Mi-Ki was meant to do. We also strive to produce physically and mentally sound dogs. Through membership in the Continental Mi-Ki Association, we are exposed to other points of view, educational programs, and updated rules and regulations. More importantly, we have an opportunity to share concerns, information and ideas with other concerned and knowledgeable dog people. When we have litters, we make sure our puppies are going to loving, committed homes. We do our best to screen new owners to ensure a good match between puppy and buyer. As much as possible we attempt to evaluate the personality of puppies by observing them during their development. We then attempt to match the puppy to the new owner to produce the best fit of puppy and family. For this reason, you may not be allowed to pick your puppy from an entire litter. After an extensive inquiry into your lifestyle and home arrangements, you may be given two or three puppies to choose from. We do this to insure the likelihood of a fulfilling and rewarding relationship with your new Mi-Ki puppy. Before any puppy leaves our home, it has been well cared for and socialized. However, a puppy does not go to its new owner as a trained, well-mannered finished product. It is up to the puppy buyer to complete the job we have started. The new owner is responsible for the further development of the puppy's personality, through structured discipline, training, guidance, and love. In an effort to ensure that our puppies develop into the treasured adult dogs they are capable of becoming, we ask new owners to commit to taking their new puppy to at least one full session of puppy socialization classes offered locally. The classes will also help to build a strong a lasting relationship between yourself & your new puppy. All of our pet/companion puppies are sold on a Limited Registration, which means that your pet may not be bred. We require that these puppies are spayed or neutered. Show/Show able puppies will be placed with Full Registration. The purchase price of your new Mi-Ki includes the following: * A four/five generation pedigree * Pictures of both sire and dam * Pictures (by email) of your puppy showing its growth and development for the first 10 weeks of life * Full or Limited Continental Mi-Ki Association Registration Certificate or a copy of the Litter Registration Application * Complete medical history, including birth record, exam records, and vaccination and worming information * A one week supply of puppy food. * Membership application for the Continental Mi-Ki Association Heartful's Rare Breed Mi-Ki's is committed to providing loving care to every puppy we produce, for the life of that puppy. We welcome every puppy purchaser to our "family", and will do all we can to make your experience with us memorable. |
